     Make this a Habit.  Good Habits Save.       Bad Habits Destroy.

1). Oils:    A). Any .  Plant based.    B). Best. Hemp/ olive/ flaxseed/ coconut.

        C). Organic, cold pressed. Do Not Heat. Minimum of one teaspoon of any, morning and night./ Mix them.

2). Carbohydrates:

Spelt bread/ spelt pasta.  Rye bread.              Rice/ pasta……….Wheat pasta.

Rice and Pasta:   Absorbtion :  Boil water…. Turn off , cool for a minute…minimum.

There is a multitude of Herbs and spices that You can add of your own desire. DO  NOT  BOIL THEM.

Insert Rice/Pasta. Stir… Wait….10/15 minutes ( Do a Taste test..Your desire). Pour off excess water.

Cool for 10 + minutes.  Add oil of your choice as above.  So many wonderful spices that you prefer/ (Raw diced Italian tomatoes)………………Bananas– fruit.

All fruits & Vegetables. RAW…………Or steamed /only.

3).  Protein:      Hemp / pea/soy/rice/maca /Hawain pacifica spirulina / mesquite  Powders.  These are concentrated forms./Black Tahini  paste.  Raw pumpkin seeds. All nuts.

Nutriented  thus:  your body will/or not produce/reduce iron output at will.

ALL  FORMS OF PLANT FOOD HAVE ALL / MOST, REQUIRED VITALS. JUST IN VARYING AMOUNTS.

THAT IS WHY WE MIX AND MATCH.

Purchase good PH Test strips. ($30).  Purchase Omron digital heart blood pressure monitor ( $ 95—$130).

Goals………PH : 7.2/ 7.6         HEART: 130/70 (Systolic 130/ Diastolic70) aok . OR  < .. Is Better.

POUR BOILING WATER ON THE BACK OF YOUR HAND…Yes, that is what live/ Raw Vitals think.

You get dead skin and dead vitals.( Wasted exercise.)     Boil eggs (They Have Armour)      Fry…They Die.

Animal Protein product is from Dead Animal Cells……NOT CONDUSIVE TO YOUR LIVE CELLS.   PERIOD.

Add a daily regime of Multi mineral/ Antioxidant  of only  THE BEST REPUTE:
